I feel bad for Arcanine. It literally has the highest BST of any non-legendary pokemon (except ones with negative abilities like Slaking and Archeops), yet it's not really that good. It's usable, but not really amazing.

Nope. It has the highest except Legends, and then Pokemon like Dragonite, Salamence, Tyranitar, etc.
