All of you asses who will say something like "lol should have left it in a field" or something get out.
I basically have no idea how she got in there. All I know is that I was sitting there and all of a sudden I felt her paw my from inside. I also hear the jingling of her collar from inside.
This couch sits flat on the ground, so she couldn't have gotten there from underneath. And I don't THINK there are any holes. How do I get her out?

Your kitten isn't trapped in the couch. Cats don't get themselves trapped in couches, they choose to hang out inside couches and leave at their leisure. You think there isn't a hole but there is.
Yeah it's not trapped, it's honestly in there messing with you.
It's probably on CatFAQs right now saying 'lol my owner is freaking out coz I'm attacking him from inside the couch guys' and one of the other users is saying 'careful he doesn't drag you out into a field and leave you there'.
It's possible she squeezed into it through a small hole that allows her to get in but not out. My parents used to have a cat that did that to the area underneath a bathroom sink, constantly getting stuck and forcing me to find a way to get it out.
If that's the case, all I can tell you is that you might need to ruin part of the couch to open up a hole.

If you cant find it, make a hole in a spot no one will be able to see. I'd suggest you find it though, because she'll probably go back in at some point.

my ferret found a hole and got inside my walls once. I spent two hours trying to get her out, and she ended up just walking out on her own later. I think they're pretty good about figuring this stuff out.
Seriously I wouldn't freak out about it. It's really unusual for a cat to get trapped in a space that it doesn't know how to get out of. The only time they do this is with heights.
1 - She's a really young kitten. Like 6 months. I'm not entirely sure she's intelligent yet 2 - She is recovering from surgery. About 5 days ago she was fixed and so I don't want her to tear her stitches trying to get out of the couch.
I think I figured out how she got in. There is a panel on one of the arms that leads inside if opened. However she's deep inside so I can't reach in and grab her

My old couch was ripped in the back as a result of a machete incident and both roommates' cats would crawl inside and chill.

RevolverSaro posted... You really are the MacheteGuy -_-
I actually made this alt before I even knew of any plans for that movie being made. I had recently bought a machete and was obsessed with it to the point of where I bragged on b8 a lot so I just made an account to help me be known as the b8er with a machete.
