Didn't really read the link, but Orcas are smart as **** and it's ****ed up that they're held in captivity. I think the same for pretty much all animals though. I can't stand the idea of zoos and aquariums.

Zoos are good as preservations for endangered species, research and not much else. Nothing wrong with this lawsuit at all.

Zoologists jobs are to protect animals. They save injured animals and they give other ones good places to live.

Obviously Seaworld is in a different class and exists just as a spectacle. We are the top of the food chain though so OH WELL.

Sea World isn't an aquarium either. Zoos and Aquariums pretty much attempt to emulate the environment that the animals would naturally inhabit. They also provide information for vistors.

Sea World has basic information, but pretty much forces the animals to do tricks and what not, which is what they normally wouldn't do. It's documented to be highly stressful on the animals and bad for their health.
