I only didn't because I was trying to fill the contest. I figured he needed x amount of characters to even reach his quota, not that he was already well over the quota and characters ended up not getting in.

Was under the assumption that a single nomination was enough to get in.

^ That's what I did too. I noticed that Elizabeth in particular had already been nominated so I didn't worry about her. I just noticed how many people were nominating awful television characters that I had to help fill the contest with better characters that had yet to receive a nom.

The way he posted at the end of the nomination topic led me to believe that not enough characters had yet been nominated. I regret not nominating Elizabeth and Will (and Mozenrath), but oh well. I doubt any of them would have done particularly well.

Genesis, to answer your question, to break ties I go in the following order (each goes to the next step if it's still a tie)

1. More +3's
2. More +2's
3. More +1's
4. Less -3's
5. Less -2's
6. Random.org

No need to have Less -1's as a step, because if the numbers are identical up to that point, then the -1's have to be identical as well.

Just so everyone is clear on the seeding, if you're unfamiliar with this format, these are the matchups in Round 2 for what will be called the Snake Division:

Lots of stuff to talk about here. Rapunzel was able to pull a close win over Aladdin and prove that she's in this thing for the long run. I'm a tad suspicius about that last minute push for Mike, but I'll let it go since most of the people that were part of it seem to be regulars in this and other Disney contests. Seeing Naveen get eliminated in Round 1, especially with that score, is just depressing. And to whoever nominated Melina (I forget who you are), Pinocchio, Cruella, Tarzan and others who were left out of this thing never would have gotten a -70 in round 1.

I didn't like PatF all that much as a whole, I really enjoyed the music style and the characters though. Unfortunate that Naveen went out like that, but he was stuck in a very stacked division, would've gotten to round two for sure in Jasmine's division IMO.
