Every time Nomura's been asked about if he'll do new characters before he's said "Kingdom Hearts is Sora's story, and there will not be a game not revolving around him" and such. Anyway he's also said that 1. The KH team right now is working on Versus XIII, so it will be after that, and 2. There will be '2 more games' after BBS before KH3.
