"Red Hot Catholic Love" was just on and half the scenes involving the subplot (Cartman finds a new method of eating with...crass side effects) was edited. The act was replaced by a standing white text describing the scene. I'd expect that in non-cable channels but not on CC.
I've seen some of the episodes edited in their afternoon-slot (some of Kenny's dares in the episode where Cartman goes to fat-camp, for example). I think it's because those episodes are so much earlier than they normally are.
If you're talking about later airings than the afternoon-time, I dunno -- haven't noticed it yet.

I've seen those scenes and others edited out on syndicated airings (i.e. WGN). And they definitely edit out some of the worse stuff on Comedy Central when they air earlier in the day. One example I remember is I was watching the Professor Chaos episone at 5 PM, and they cut out the part where Cartman said he sucked the "seamen" out of a hose. But all that good stuff is still in the nighttime airings.
Another scene they skipped (without even the text-acknowledgement) is the moment you see Ms. Cartman f***ing "Bill Cosby" in the Trapper Keeper-episode. It's just two seconds or so, but that's a terrible two seconds to skip!

It was edited out when South Park is in syndication.
Comedy Central airs the syndicated episodes in the afternoon. I bet when the same episode airs as an actual CC repeat, which airs later in the night, those scenes will be unedited.

haha, just remembered. I remember seeing Mr garrison blow a fake **** while putting a condom on it on TV when that episode first aired, and that clip isn't even on the DVD. Another Trapper Keeper scene.

I believe that was a different episode; Mr. Garrison showed his kindergarten class how to put on a condom in an episode about sex education, but he was trying to break a tie for class president in the Trapper Keeper episode.
I'm also not sure that the unedited version ever showed Mr. Garrison putting on the condom -- if I remember right, the camera cut to the children during that moment.

oh well still. I remember it clearly when it first aired. Maybe it only aired on the canadian station? oh yeah i t was the sex ed episode where the boys and girls go to war and where two teachers have sex.
Since we're talking about censorship and their afternoon-episodes...
junk_funk posted... Ever since Muhammad.
...next time you watch one of the afternoon-episodes (with the new opening intro and all that), look at the end-shot of the intro when everyone's around South Park's sign. Muhammad's in yellow right behind Scott Tenorman on the right side of the sign. You can also see him fly with the rest of the Super Best Friends earlier in the intro. For as big of a censorship-issue as he became, I'm surprised they showed him here -- even in such a small unremarkable capacity.
