She only died once against Raven. She had an easier time with grenades than I did the first time I played, and she didn't even bother with claymores, haha. It took her a second to realize to use chaff, though.

Also why have you not been keeping us more thoroughly updated?
Makes it so he can't target you with the main cannon while you're still far away. Which makes me wonder how the heck you closed the gap at the start of the fight?

I presume he thought that was a reference to the actual Raven fight, as opposed to Raven in the tank

She hasn't played since Monday, so she hasn't progressed passed the tank battle. Twin Snakes is garbage, by the way. I'd hang my head in shame if she saw Snake jump off of a missile >_>

The scene with Liquid later is funnier, when he's monologuing before getting into Rex. Instead of standing still, Liquid is pacing back and forth on top of the guardrail while he talks. Then in the middle of it, he does an entirely unnecessary front flip, landing on the rail

Right, I searched for videos of it on youtube a while ago, and that's the only part I saw... And I could have SWORN he surfed on it before jumping off. I played the game a few years ago... I don't know man, my memory is crazy.

This is why Japanese s*** pisses me off. MGS at least dials it down a lot of the time, but TTS takes it way way WAY too far.

Well everyone else gets kinda crazy, but none of them jump off missiles. They have special powers and whatnot, and Vamp gets out of hand at times, but ultimately it never gets as out of bounds as Twin Snakes did.

I didn't know you were supposed to Chaff Raven. Or at least I don't think I knew. I can't remember. It was a long time ago.
Also yes, Twin Snakes gets out of hand. Game worked better without all the cheesy DMC-like cutscene action that didn't mesh will with the rest of the series.

When I'm hanging out with my man Ryuhei Kitamura, who I went to film school with (he's my roommate), we'll laugh about that. And he gently stepped on and mildly deflected a missile, something we've all done.
