(1)GOB (Arrested Development) - 44 (74.58%) > (8)Shawn Spencer (Psych) - 15 (25.42%)

-So, Shawn would most likely lose to Urkel one-on-one? Can't say I say that coming.

(4)Dr. John A. Zoidberg (Futurama) - 32 (54.24%) > (5)Dr. Niles Crane (Frasier) - 27 (45.76%)

-I think it's safe to say that nobody expected Niles to actually get close to Zoidberg. And yet, here we are: Zoidberg won this by a whopping five votes. I'm so stoked Niles went out with a bang!

-This was actually a really exciting match, but honestly, I was distracted by Niles/Zoidberg. :P

(2)Tobias Funke (Arrested Development) - 33 (54.1%) > (7)Dale Gribble (King of the Hill) - 28 (45.9%)

-For most of the day, Tobias looked like the strongest of the division's two AD reps. Then GOB went into beast mode with the day vote, and Tobias lost a good deal of ground to Dale... so now, I'm really not sure.

Isn't Zoidberg just some random annoying side character from Futurama? Was expecting it to be a curbstomp on Niles' part...

Zoidberg's one of the most popular characters from Futurama, as far as I can tell. He doesn't usually have a big role in the series, to the best of my knowledge, but he's still left a huge impression on fans.

-Surprisingly, it was actually the TV boards that saved Al. Up until now, Al seemed like the king of sitcom characters on Board 8; but he actually ended up losing to Phil there.

Maybe it's just me, but I've almost never seen anyone talk about 3rd Rock From the Sun on this site. It rarely comes up in "favorite sitcom" discussions, and it's even more rare to see threads dedicated to it. So, Dick's success in this contest is a shocker to me.

But I'm not complaining or anything. I've only seen a little bit of the show, but Lithgow's great in it (as he always is).

I loved 3rd Rock From the Sun when i was growing up, but i only ever saw random episodes... a few years ago i watched it all in order from start to finish and i have to say, as a satire on the entire human race it is an absolutely brilliant show. It's in my top 5 sitcoms of all time for sure.

(1)Barney Stinson (How I Met Your Mother) - 39 (57.35%) > (4)Carlton Banks (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air) - 29 (42.65%)

-Fresh Prince's cast looked stellar in Round One, but I think the only character that's lived up to the hype since then was Uncle Phil. Will bombed against Fry, Geoffrey underperformed against Troy, and I honestly expected Carlton to give Barney the fight of his life here.

(7)Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth (Futurama) - 43 (63.24%) > (3)Sterling Archer (Archer) - 25 (36.76%)

-Archer making it to Round Three was one of the best parts of this contest. If you haven't watched the show yet... watch it! It's so good that it might legitimately change your life.
