DUKE NUKEM: GLORIOUS BASTARD(#1 - BALLS OF STEEL).
I was mainly trying to get my dad something Marvel-related since his birthday's coming up and he used to collect their comic-books. I saw this along the way and picked it up. I don't have any current intentions of delving into the medium any deeper, though hopefully this will be entertaining.
If anybody's wondering, I got my dad two premiere-edition books: "The Amazing Spiderman: Big Time" and "FF." He was a big fan of Spiderman, the Fantastic Four, and X-Men...hopefully these treat him well for not collecting the books in a few decades.

Good choice on Big Time, that's the best the book has been in years. FF, not so much. FF is certainly a good book, but it's a soft relaunch of the book following the death of the Human Torch. Might have been a better idea to get him the trade before, which I believe is titled 3. On the plus side, Spider-Man is in FF too, so it's not all bad!
Haha, I kinda figured, but I wanted to get something I was already familiar with and figured Duke would be a fun first try. I'm enjoying it enough so far, anyway.
