Now that I've checked Wikipedia, yes.

I'd be able to tell you April O'Neil, the four turtles, Krang, Shredder, Splinter, and I seem to recall something about Neutrinos coming from Krang's dimension, but...yeah, even after looking up Casey Jones on Wikipedia I'm drawing a total blank. Was he in the cartoon?

So that means you decided to disregard that he was in 4 of the 5 movies? He was a prominent character in pretty much everything except the original cartoon, despite having had an action figure that every hipster had to have.

Yeah, but he was a normal human that was basically on tier, fighting-wise, with said anthropomorphic turtles with ninja weapons.

That alone makes him both awesome and prominent.
