Empire at War had potential, but the awful ground missions hurt it.

That and I hate the low pop cap you get for space battle. I want to throw out a huge fleet of Mon Cal Cruisers.

Yeah, it definitely could've been far better than it was

I'm loving up this Clone Wars mod though. Except for the scenario campaign where your objective is to defend Coruscant and the other Core Worlds, and I didn't expect them to go right for Coruscant so It wasn't super defended, just pretty heavily, and I lost an amazing space battle, and thne prepared for a super hard ground defense, luckily Coruscants specials gave me a ton of civilians and special troopers to help defend it, and I was forcing the droids back from my defense line when while I was crossing a bridge...pewpewpewpew bombing run! Obliterated like 80% of my army, I lost shortly after that.
