Speaking of albums that released on 9/11

I remember that day, some smelly old hippie selling secondhand books on the street was trying to espouse some half-baked conspiracy theory related to it being the same day Bob Dylan's new album came out. Like the government set it up so people would ignore whatever Dylan had to say? It was really ridiculous, and in retrospect it looks even worse.
