I've heard about the placenta thing. It seems to be the only form of cannibalism that actually seems to be somewhat accepted (aside from survival reasons, anyway). Still, that's one of the few things that really get me.

Everything else on the list is either visually unappealing or I imagine has a smell I just couldn't get passed to actually eat it.

I don't see how the puffer fish thing is remotely disgusting, it's just frightening. Otherwise it's just like eating any other fish.

Most of it is pretty grotesque, but Bird's Nest and Puffer Fish are a bit out of place I think (considering I've heard of both and they're fairly common). Kumis is also pretty common and I'm unsure exactly how that's disgusting enough to fit on this page when certainly there were many others they could have selected.
