I like Last House on the Left (1972) a lot. It might be a little tame (I'm pretty desensitized so I have no idea what the scale of "disturbing" looks like) but I think it's a really great film.

I started watching The Cellar Door because it expires tomorrow. Pretty good so far.

Also there's this show called Make it or Break it on there and it's probably the hottest thing I've ever seen. Like that gymnastic movie with the pink ranger but better.

Oh wow and I just realized The Girl Next Door on there. One of the best f***ed up movies out there. Not to be confused with the rom-com. I highly recommend it but be prepared to see a nude girl the whole time!

Yeah, I'd still watch it despite the warnings even though it seems far more extreme than Human Centipede. Honestly, Human Centipede didn't disturb me at all. Sure it was gross, but it was too dumb and ridiculous to leave any mark (or scar). Serbian Film sounds legit ****ed up to the core.

That's the movie I was thinking of! I've never seen it, but I had heard the descriptions "most disturbing" "jarringly realistic deaths" and "banned in x country" used in reference to it. Allegedly it's supposed to be fairly hard to find though.

As I recall, Cannibal Holocaust actually got the director in trouble with the law when someone got it in their head that the death scenes weren't fake and he'd actually made a snuff film. He had to bring the actors into the court to tell them 'Hey, we're not dead'
