I can't think of any game ever being released at $15. >_>

Also, the "HD enhanced" visuals don't look that impressive. I'm not sure if these were lazy ports or if HD remixes are simply most impressive with SNES-era games, but looking at this footage, I hardly even consider the HD visuals a selling point. I care a lot more about Resident Evil achievements tbqh. >_>

The straight ports from the Gamecube era started at $40, so to get a polished port for half that seems pretty good to me!

Yeah, CVX still looks like a PS2/Dreamcast game still, just in widescreen.
And really, games like that have no real need for widescreen. RE4 does, sure.
But at least it will look as good as it did back on an SDTV now and will no longer have to suffer the HDTV devolution that most polygonal games from that era suffer from when played on a modern TV.

Meh, it's better than 3, and more relevant to the series.
No it's not. 3 wasn't amazing, but is really cool because of Nemesis. CVX is just kind of there. I mean it's not as bad as 0, but there's hardly any reason to play it. I guess you get to see Wesker which is cool

I love 3 because as stated, Nemesis is amazing. You won't find an enemy like him in any game, except the dudes in Clock Tower, and I've only played 3, which kind of sucked. Nemesis isn't up to 4 or 2 in terms of quality, but it's still a really entertaining, and frantic game. Also, mixing ammo is pretty cool.

I did gain appreciation for RE3 during my second playthrough. Nemmy is just a ****ing beast. Also, it stars Jill and introduces a lot of cool new stuff to the series. It could have been one of my favorite REs (like fourth favorite) if it had just been a bigger game.

Bad voice acting, plot, characters, back story, enemies, gameplay, music, a shaky camera, etc etc etc. I mean yeah "better than 3" but that isn't difficult since the only good thing about 3 is Nemesis himself.
It's the same gameplay as the rest of the pre-4 series! I guess if you hate classic RE gameplay in general, then sure, but I have to disagree there. Your other complaints are perfectly valid.

I thought these were gonna be both on the same disc? There's no way these two wouldn't fit on a single bluray. I played CVX for 10min before shelving it for good. Didn't like it at all.
I've heard that it's harder to give PS1-era games the HD treatment (or something). Maybe that's why we're not seeing a more popular game like RE2 in HD.
