He definitely needs to and there's been growing talk of him being "frustrated" with Garland, but still, I guess he doesn't want to seem politically-motivated but dude, this guy is objectively doing a shitty ass job.
Keeps trying to put Republicans in place so he'll seem fair, yet keeps selecting biased Trumpers easily influenced by right-wing political commentary that it almost seems intentional at this point.
