my SO and I have vacation days from Nov. 18-26. Were spending 23-26 with her family for Christmas, which gives us the 18-22 (plus the afternoon of the 17th) for a small out of state trip.
Which of the above places should we go? Note: the state we go to we will probably not revisit for at least another 5 years. Personally, Im leaning towards Arizona (Grand Canyon) or Colorado (Denver).
SO is leaning towards Arkansas (relaxing woody/mountainy vacation, maybe hot springs?) or Utah (Salt Lake City). were both into state/national parks that arent too hard to get through with bad knees, art museums, wineries, music, local curiosities, zoos/aquariums, local history museums, cute universities, places with a lot of local color, fun city or nature tours not as into amusement parks, fancy or extravagant food, gambling, roughing it, getting totally shitfaced. --- Forever Momo; Always EPic ...
