I feel like its from 2002-2006, but Im not sure. The inciting incident is a guy taking his daughter to work on a take your kid to work day thing, getting into an argument with another guy over a parking space, and the guy punching him out. Then the first guy asks for a rematch. I put variations of that into google and got a bunch of movies that its not.

Is this that disney movie with The rock where he's a football player and somehow gets custody of his daughter? I don't remember the name of it, but it kind of reminds me of that movie.
