What the fuck is going on, I know Warehouses tend to have high turnover by this is ridiculous and it's a small one too. I was constantly in management meetings thinking of stupid ways to keep employees happy. Now if they are being let go id worry cause the energy in the air feels different when people are sensing layoffs It's a bit of both, people being fired, people quitting, i left work today with another coworker of mine talking about how he's putting in his two week's notice because he recently found out that our bucket hours and PTO aren't a save and use thing but use it or lose it thing, they don't carry over at all, meaning if something happens and you have to stay out for a few days you're kind of fucked if you have no time to cover those days, and covid restrictions were pretty much dismantled well over a year ago for most of Texas so I get it. --- A worthless existence <cite>tremain07 posted [p:975065262] in My work pl...
