I can count the number of times I've gone clubbing on one hand. It's not exactly my kind of environment but I did have fun the few times I've gone.

On the other hand, I've been finding myself hanging out at lounges pretty often. That is much more up my alley.
Where does CE like to go to kick it and socialize in their down time?

I've gone to clubs a few times when I was in my 20's but it was always planned with my date or friend group.

In those circumstances, I thought it was pretty cool. I would never just go solo though.

Crowds listening to annoying music isn't really my thing. I've stopped going to bars that got too clubby.

Most regular clubs suck. Only ones I find enjoyable around here are the ones that do queer and goth events

I'm not a fan of clubs. They're loud, you can't sit, it's almost impossible to talk to the people around you, and they're hella crowded. Clubs are annoying as hell, I don't see what the big deal is. I much prefer bars and lounges.

When I was in my 20s living in Miami I was kind of into it. Not anymore at all.

Winter music conference was a lot of fun. But the whole scene is a disaster that you cant do long term.

Retired. I went all the time between the ages of 18 and 26. Settled down now and I probably can't keep up with them anymore. Plus, I'm pretty sure I would find them annoying now.

Fuck no. Went a couple times in my early 20s when I lived in the university dorm. Not for me at all, never liked it at any point. I used to prefer a house party over a bar or club, now I'm not interested in any kind of party. I don't drink and I'm not interested in meeting new people or general small talk.

Socializing with strangers is the last thing I want to do in my down time. I'm the type of person where socializing makes me more tired. So clubs have never been my scene and I'm definitely not interested in the women that frequent clubs.

For socializing with my friends, we'll usually grab a bite to eat, play pool, chill at someone's house, etc. Places where we can chill among familiar faces.
