It's not the same plot but the Telltale Batman game makes the relationship between Bruce Wayne and The Joker really compelling. Batman is usually dealing with their goons or traps or whatever so it wouldn't really change all that much. Yep that is the episode I mentioned in my post if you had bothered to read it. Doctor Cassandra Spellcraft created an invisibility pill that turned her and her husband invisible. She used her invisibility to release all supervillains from Gothan State Penetentiary (Arkham Asylum didn't exist until 1974).
