Then probably not as liked as well. NATO as a whole is doing whatever it can, to make sure the conflict does not escalate beyond Ukraine and that is mostly done by supporting Ukraine and sanctioning Russia. It'd obviously hate you less by a LARGE degree, but it'd still be a poor decision, especially if you don't respect their laws. However, even if you do, you could be accused of spying if they want a bargaining chip.
