I got 2 friends, I'll call them Tyrone and Dylan for the sake of privacy.

So Tyrone is trying to get with this girl, they're going out and shit, nothing official but then Dylan starts flirting with said girl behind his back and I'm pretty sure he's the reason Tyrone and this girl stopped talking. Tyrone has been a good friend to Dylan but Dylan has been a mostly shitty friend to me, Tyrone and the rest of our group for like the last 2 years.

Is he a snake for that or is it ok since Tyrone never officially got with her?

You can stop being friends with someone for any reason you want, relationships are mostly a two-way street.

But imo I think anyone who flirts with someone a friend is intrested in is a massive POS.

A girl isn't property and can make her own choices. If all it took to stop talking to Tyrone was talking to someone else, was she even interested in Tyrone or was he imagining something that wasn't there?

just expose them both to each other.. if a friendship can't survive honesty, then what even?

No, but I've had this situation happen to me before by a different person that used to be a friend, I stopped being friends with them, feeling like I should do it this time as well but since it's not me it might be shitty

And yes, she has hung out with our whole group before, I'm pretty sure Dylan only started talking to her because she was talking to Tyrone because he only started talking to her after that

Flirting with the girl your buddy is trying to get with is shitty, I didn't mean talking as in having a platonic conversation.

Is not something id end a friendship over. The being a shitty friend to you personally though perhaps.

But any reason is fine. If you no longer want to be around them, stop doing so.

Dylan does not sound like a friend. He is lying, cheating, and treating you and others badly. Friends shouldn't do that.

As someone who has no friends Muscles problems never really make sense to me, it just frequently sounds like high school level drama to me.

This. And it sounds like a much more interesting topic. I'd say drop him (and the girl) because things have to be sour for this even be a question.

I had a good buddy recently tell me he was done with me. We were pals for about 10 years. He helped me get a job at one point.

Then after i got laid off from the company we both worked at he told me he wasnt going to stay in touch with me anymore. He said i need to not get stuck in the past and i should move on to new adventures

I've been thinking that for a while, we all work together (Dylan got me and Tyrone the job) and he always has some passive aggressive remark towards us and something negative to say even when you try to help him. He also only hangs out as long as we are smoking/eating, once he had his fill (without throwing any down) he dips

He wasn't always like this though, he's gotten increasingly bitter since me and Tyrone started here with him. I'm pretty sure he's jealous that he brought us both in just to surpass him in praise and pay.
