I was 165lb when the pandemic first hit. Currently at 195lb, though was 220lb at the peak.

Hoping to be maybe 175lb by the end of July, but won't be too upset if I only get to the low 180s.

I gained around 20 pounds or so after the pandemic started just with being less active and having more food in the house so I didnt have to go to the grocery store as often. Thankfully I was able to lose most of what I gained in the past 6 months or so. You can do it too! Just keep at it and stay positive.

I actually dropped from 170 pounds to 149 about a year ago just before I got vaccinated

I don't know how much of it was the pandemic, but I was ~185-190 in 2018, and the next time I weighed myself in late 2020, I was down to 165, which was the least I'd weighed since ~2010 (when I started biking everywhere and put on 15 pounds). I'm pretty sure most of that was a matter of simply not eating enough through the early days of the pandemic, since we were doing two-week grocery shops and I was trying to support two of us on one CERB and definitely skimping on my portion sizes.

I'm back up to like 170-175 now, which is generally a better position. I'm less hungry now.

Man, I have too big of a build to get to weight like that. I was 183lbs at my lowest, and my friends were getting worried that I might have an eating disorder.(I didn't look sickly, just really skinny. I lifted low weights because I didn't want to get too big, but I always wore baggy clothes so they couldn't really see that I wasn't actually skin and bones)
