75 y/o Heifer, Regitze Tauber Gamble from Florida will NOT be charged after she REVERSED into a sidewalk cafe KILLING a man when she tried to PARALLEL PARK as it is revealed she ALSO had a prior DUI conviction in 2015 though it appears she wasn't wasted here.

They said she was trying to parallel park whens he suddenly accelerated in reverse according to Miami Beach Police

She lives in a 1.4 MILLION dollar house packed with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathroom in Coral Gables. She had a DUI in 2015 for driving on the wrong side of a divided highway while drunk and only paid a 165 fine

Gamble ran over a curb with her 1990 Bentley Mulsanne and hit a parked car before crashing into a table of 5 people and hitting nearby pedestrians at 6pm where even some people were TRAPPED underneath it

67 y/o Dr. Gary Prince died in the hospital and other men, aged 78 and 61 were seriously injured as well as a child and 5 others were also hit

18 y/o Cara Meng was among those hit who was walking in front of the restaurant when she was suddenly hit. She is still processing everything noting she didn't see Gamble come barrelling down the street and had no time to react. She "I think it's really not fair, considering she had a previous DUI. I'm not sure how she's still on the road. There definitely needs to be come compensation. Like someone died, this is not OK"

Photos and video showed the people picking up the park to get trapped people out underneath as Cara said Gamble looked EMOTIONLESS when she saw footage from the crash and just stood there like it was ANOTHER day who said "I don't know what was going on in her head but she definitely looked like she was privileged and felt she did nothing wrong"

2 13 year old teens shot the video moments after the crash that has now gone viral as police will CLOSE the case without formally charging the heifer

Require all senior citizens aged 65 and older to retake the drivers test every single year. She has a shitty history, seems like a rich snoot, but she wasn't drinking here according to what's posted, and it seems like an accident. That said, it wouldn't surprise me if this was age-related, a vision problem, mental degradation, A tremor or jolt in her leg causing the pedal to go down hard, whatever it may be.

It's note like she's in her 30s and was looking to lose a dozen or so of her prime years behind bar. This will max out her liability insurance and no one will insure her now, so she probably won't drive again. They are all going to sue her and she's probably looking at living the rest of her life at her kids house. Also 1.4 million doesn't go far in that part of Florida I guess.
