She's old, the 6 month or so she probably would had pleaded down to would not have mattered to her. It's note like she's in her 30s and was looking to lose a dozen or so of her prime years behind bar. This will max out her liability insurance and no one will insure her now, so she probably won't drive again. They are all going to sue her and she's probably looking at living the rest of her life at her kids house. Also 1.4 million doesn't go far in that part of Florida I guess.
