It's unfair that because we had a couple bad movies with Batman and Robin we can never have anything even close to that Batman ever again, and he's instead morphed into the "gritty" super hero. --- I have no idea whether or not he's a racist, but apparently there are recordings of him using racial slurs so it's a distinct possibility. <cite>Blighboy posted [p:959108520] in The Batman... Zeus 10/17/21 2:57:54 PM #8:	I'm confused in that I thought the villain was supposed to be either Deathstroke or Deadshot, but the Riddler as a serial killer is a version of the character I've wanted to see in film/tv. It's interesting that they've loaded it with so many other major Batman characters, which I guess builds up stuff for the other films and likely stops them from using generic characters in some of those places. Otherwise my hopes aren't set super-high given the shitty casting decisions. Far-Queue posted... I think we're seeing artists like James Gunn and shit now who understand the source material better and can maybe convince producers to take a chance financing a lesser known property because of the potential to build an audience around it...
