When I was at job corps, I spent several months in a room they used to perform lobotomies in. They converted half of the buildings from a mental asylum into a job corps, because the government is great at repurposing space like that.
I never had a problem in that room or anywhere on campus. But I remember one group of intakes a few months into me being there had these two Latino girls who freaked out their first night there and were praying with their crucifixes, and were picked up and sent home by morning. As long as it didn't happen to recently. I wouldn't want anyone to mistake me for the victim, and that they would try to 'finish the job' as it were.

Yeah if the price is cheaper. I'm not gonna pay more for a murder house though. There's this old mob house here that's been on the market for a decade+ and i guess theres been a shit ton of murders in it. Even has a hidden murder room in it too. But they want like millions for it lol

It would depend on the murder. Robbery gone wrong leads to homeowner getting shot is one thing. Serial killer breaking in and painting the walls of the master bedroom with the viscera of an entire family is another.

Depends on the circumstance. If it was recent and the result of something like a burglary gone wrong or something unimaginably sadistic happened there I'd be wary. But if some guy just shot or stabbed his wife to death I honestly wouldn't care.
