I don't have to wear one at work since i'm fully vaccinated but I still do it anyway. I haven't been sick in well over a year so I think there's more to this than a pandemic.

I do because it has the added benefit of hiding my face. Meaning I no longer have to worry about facial expressions, regardless of the situation :D

Judging by people reactions when I smile at them, I'm better off with a mask.

I've gotten my shots & I live in a deep red state where everything is opened back up so it's fairly pointless at this point for me.

I get my second shot next week and I will continue to wear my mask for a while

For now, I'll continue to wear a mask indoors. It's currently up to the business to require masks for unvaccinated individuals but there's no realistic way for them to verify vaccination status.

Yep. Went to the barber today and I was the only customer wearing a mask. The barbers still had their masks on though.

I live in a small city in Western Australia. I have never needed to wear a mask because the virus has mostly been under control here and has never spread outside of the capital city.

No. I did it for a year and got vaccinated. I followed the rules more than most people and Ive earned the right to go back to normal. The people who fought and argued during the first part of the pandemic can wear the mask now, but Im not. Im not at risk and my familys not at risk because we got vaccinated

yes, i'd have been wearing masks for years if it had actually been allowed. pretty sure every time i've caught a cold or flu over the last decade was because of shopping at a packed store.

You know, this doesn't bother me. It never has.

I'm fully vax'd but I just prefer to wear it around other people.

I don't mind wearing it. But i already wear the thing 13 hours a day on my work days and I only get 4 or 5 days off a month (also no AC at work). So yeah if I aint gotta wear it I'm not.

I try to always have one in my pocket though cause if a employee requests I wear one I aint gonna bitch about it.

Seriously, get the damn shot. I had a relatively mild case of covid last July. It destroyed my heart and left me with ED. Do not fuck around with this one, it can permanently cripple you.

I am

1 - I'm not vaccinated yet. It's not that I don't want to, it's just that when I went online to schedule it, I got overwhelmed. Asking me a bunch of questions I didn't know, so I just gave up. Why can't it just be easy? I don't have a primary doctor because I never get sick or injured, so who do I put down? Stuff like that

2- I don't have any teeth, and only my top dentures fit, and it's missing half of one of the front teeth. It makes it much easier to talk with people and be social with the mask on, covering that up

Not unless the place Im entering specifically requires it still. Im fully vaccinated and everyone I care about who is going to get the vaccine already has. I dont really see the point anymore.

Only if the place requires it. I'm guessing most places won't require it soon enough. I believe a lot of places are already of this mindset in the US. Here in Canada, a lot of places still require it.

i do it as a courtesy unless i forget my mask or literally nobody else is wearing one

I literally just threw out the few disposable masks I had left while cleaning out my car just now. Had them as an emergency backup in case a place required them but have been mask free for weeks now, no place here requires them. I don't even bother to look to see if there's a sign now nor keep one in my pocket like I did a few weeks back.

If a place requires it fine i'll wear it but they better be willing to provide me one cuz i don't have any now.

About to not anymore. Ill carry them on me but looks like most all private businesses in my area have done away with the requirement.
