Blocking only makes sense if a user is being constantly harassed. In which case the offender should be dealt with seriously by mods anyways. They are a few people left. One person on the Site Suggestion board blocked everyone in a topic who anti-signed. And another on the site suggestion blocked me when I said it was stupid to block someone for disagreeing... They disagreed, then blocked me since I didn't agree with them. They are also on CE.
