If were gonna do MGS, lets do MGS all the way. Oscar Isaac isnt ideal for Snake because hes not literally a time traveling Kurt Russell, but he wants the part and I dont have another pick off the top of my head. preferable to the Uncharted movie wasting everyones time with Walhberg I havent seen a lot of his work, but Oscar Isaac strikes me as too charming for Snake... like hes a cool guy, but the wrong type of cool guy. But also hes a very talented actor, so he can probably nail it. there may legitimately not be a big name actor who is obviously appropriate for Snake. The actual good choices are too old now, and we havent really found modern replacements for them. They try with dudes like Scott Eastwood, but those guys just dont have the charisma of the 80s/90s action guys.
