I did. Basically scared a lot of random places looking for

1. Someone who does art

2.Someone who has an art style I like

Deviantart is a good place for this. Tumblr used to be, not sure if it still is. That subreddit is probably even better.

There're a lot of good artists on Twitter, too, pretty much the only reason I look at that hellhole of a site, but.. it's still Twitter. I'm not familiar with any on my end that do that style though. ...Sorry for being singularly unhelpful. @_@

If you're ok with it being pixelated there's a sea of artists who make custom emotes and badges on Twitch, and I'm sure there's some overlap there with people who do other art styles as well. I'd check that scene maybe.
