adjl 11/13/20 1:52:55 PM #6:	Like most of his anti-China stuff, this sounds like it's coming from a reasonable fundamental concept, but seems hamfisted and poorly considered, so odds are he woke up with the idea and decided it would make him look good enough to be worth writing an EO. --- This is my signature.
