My phone is almost exactly a year old. Lately in my own apartment my wifi on the phone is slow a lot and loses connection for like a minute maybe every 15 minutes or something. At my parents house though I cut in and out of their wifi like almost constantly. And finally, my 4g isn't working anymore at all. This phone was expensive and I shouldn't have spent as much h on it but it pisses me off that its having these issues

But is this normal? I know the companies would like everyone go upgrade each year

Also I know my wifi isn't the issue cause I have no problems on my computer. Its just with the phone

When's the last time you flashed your phone? No, it's not normal.

I don't know exactly what phone you have, but I am pretty much convinced it's intended for phones to slow down over time. Samsung released an update earlier this year that makes the phones seem laggy. Supposedly it was a cosmetic update, but it sure as hell doesn't seem all that great from my prospective. From my experience, no matter how hard you try to maintain the phone, it turns into shit within 2-3 years

Flash = factory reset

Doing in place upgrades on your phone over and over will sometimes cause strange software issues. It's a good idea to completely wipe your phone and start fresh every so often (I do this a couple times a year).

Could be the software controlling your cell modem/wifi receiver is the issue, doing a factory wipe should start you off with a baseline of stability.

I have a Note 10+ and it's the first phone I've had that hasn't personally turned to shit this far into its life cycle. Battery still kicking ass. I haven't had any wifi or data problems yet. I'm not liking what I'm hearing from you, don't put that evil on me man lol

Has it sustained any other damage like cracks or anything of that nature?
