We'd be rats, basically. That's more or less what mammals were at the time.

That being said, even if you assume a theoretical scenario where dinosaurs evolved into "people" (unlikely, based on their previous evolutionary model - they lacked the pressure to really evolve along those lines), they probably wouldn't be walking around today, because they'd have had millions of extra years to find ways to extinct themselves. Though as they'd presumably lack mammalian social instincts (unless they evolved those too) they might never make it past the most primitive tribal level anyway.

But all that's ignoring the fact that the extinction event 65 million years ago wasn't even the first time dinosaurs went extinct anyway. They did it at least a few times before that (and there were a couple of global mass extinctions even before they existed, which is what opened the door to them in the first place), so there's a significant chance that even without a meteor impact the world would have shifted enough (which it basically did) to kill them all off anyway.
