In Sweden youre supposed to self-isolate at home if you get even minor cold symptoms including headaches and body aches. If the symptoms persist for 1 dygn (24 hours) then you should contact the telephone and online healthcare service 1177 to schedule a covid-19 test.

If you dont get tested then you should stay at home for at least 7 dygn AND feel significantly better which includes being fever free for 2 dygn.

If you test positive and dont require hospital care then it is the same as above with at least 7 dygn etc. Covid-19 is labeled a Society Dangerous Disease so leaving your home after a positive test result is a crime.

If you test negative then you should still stay home until youve felt better for 2 dygn.

In Hawaii if you think you have covid then you can go to one of the free testing places on the island. I'm not sure if there are any procedures to follow.

In general you're only supposed to go out for essential stuff though. You also can't have any gatherings (meaning any number of people from a different household). You have to wear a mask at all times indoors (in buildings/offices and stuff), but if you're engaging in physical activities outdoors and can maintain a 6-foot distance, I think you're allowed to take it off.

In Nevada 90% of the population is coughing for one reason or another so it's hard to tell who could be sick and who has been smoking since they were 10. Either way even though you are supposed to be wearing a mask in businesses actually being sick here has never stopped anyone from going about their business and it won't now.
