(also SubDeity's exposure had nothing to do with lfaqs, he was a known entity on the Politics board, shared facebook credentials and so-on and people just remembered that there where I don't even maintain any logs... in fact I think the actual GameFAQs Archive feature on that board kept some of those details)

I don't know how serious Ulti was but I do distinctly remember the last time an archive topic was brought up, he didn't like the Fee thing so he declared the intention to sue. That stuck with me for some reason.

the old lurker site died a while ago, I believe within the first year I put log up (early 2017)... but it was just an old dead archive of 2011-2012 threads with nothing new for years. I scraped the B8 side of lurker before it died though

before long I got paid requests to add CE & PotD so hey I went ahead and did so

Like almost all of the last SMDC is inaccessible, what's up with that

the REAL problem with GMUN's site is that it doesn't archive long posts

i told GMUN about this bug ages ago in the dillos topic and he still hasn't fixed it >:-(

geez how big did gamefaqs extend the post limit, the current log setup goes to 9000 characters, bumped up from 7000

I guess it's hard to test since I have to know where a big post is made past the limit to really tell if my "fix" is enough >_>

... technically speaking if you look at the posts in an inspector or page source view it already saves some results...... just, whatever results exist in the original first scan of the topic. so on the basic level I just gotta record which active topics have polls in them and send bot to update them

and I guess I should switch the code to show the results form instead of the vote form

we'll see if I get around to something tomorrow
