Malfunction

I think I should lose some:

  • snacking less and it's generally 'healthier';
  • all my meals are now homemade and again 'healthier';
  • trying to run 5-6k (currently) every second day and do 1-2 brisk walks daily
BUT:

  • this could go on for a long time so who's to say motivation will maintain;
  • heaviest weight we have is a 12kgs kettle bell so might suffer on that front

I've been losing weight throughout this.

My gym is closed and I'm working from home. I normally walk to work since it's a 10 minute walk. I haven't been working out at home.

Must be the lack of eating out

im definitely going to lose weight even tho im not moving as much

everything is giving me general anxiety rn and i tend to eat less when worried about stuff

i should start tracking my weight though

My city implemented a curfew so if they dont allow walking outside... I'm terrified of that happening. I been wanting to use this opportunity to lose weight, I've already cut sugar out for the past week and already feel healthier.

I've weighed 175 lbs since my senior year of high school and I'm 33 years old now. No reason to think it will change significantly during this time.

I've lost 10 pounds already, but I had some stomach issues and shit a ton in the past few days. I'll probably lose weight since I'm snacking less. I'm also moving shit around the house to create more space, so I may bust out the treadmill or stationary bike.

i'm similar to your wife, i can't eat at all while nervous and i have a horrible feeling in my stomach

i usually go to the gym but gladly i have one of those elyptical bikes, a dumbbell up to 10 kg and a board to do abs. and i might order some extra equipment as well.

also, im trying to cut down on the snacking and avoiding fast food crap.
