Topic	are you gonna lose or gain weight during the coronavirus isolation?
Malfunction 03/21/20 10:06:03 AM #1:	I think I should lose some: snacking less and it's generally 'healthier'; all my meals are now homemade and again 'healthier'; trying to run 5-6k (currently) every second day and do 1-2 brisk walks daily BUT: this could go on for a long time so who's to say motivation will maintain; heaviest weight we have is a 12kgs kettle bell so might suffer on that front <cite>Malfunction posted [p:935989765] in are you go...
