I think I should lose some: snacking less and it's generally 'healthier';all my meals are now homemade and again 'healthier';trying to run 5-6k (currently) every second day and do 1-2 brisk walks dailyBUT: this could go on for a long time so who's to say motivation will maintain;heaviest weight we have is a 12kgs kettle bell so might suffer on that front
