MZero11 02/09/20 3:50:10 AM #1:	It was cool. I paid full price and regret nothing. I recommend it to anyone who liked Persona 5 or hasn't played it yet. I do think it added plenty to satisfy me, and everything they added improved the experience. I have (almost) no complaints. How much more fleshed out story is there and is there anything new in the battle and city mechanics? I feel like there are a lot of new scenes, and the 3rd semester story is really good imo There are some new city and battle mechanics and they pretty much make the game easier. Easily best girl. Might be my favorite other than Joker Kamekguy posted... About how much is added before New Girl joins the party? Like is it substantial enough to feel different from playing P5 vanilla again? New Girl shows up almost immediately and has several scenes but she just doesn't join the party for awhile. Aside from that, there are new scenes with the other characters, new personas, some new mechanics, new conifdants, etc. Also Akechi's is no longer automatic and all the scenes are new. I think the other confidanta got fleshed out as well. You get a wire that lets you sneak attack from further away and it inflicts status ailments on the enemies. There's also a 'showtime' thing that activates randomly like limit breaks in FF8 kind of and if you use it you get a neat little cutscene and it does a bunch of damage. Baton Touch is stronger. Personas now have passive abilities like "reduce SP cost of ice attacks by 25%" and stuff, and you can choose one when you fused them. Basically a lot of stuff that made it much easier. They also added collectibles to the dungeons that restore SP and HP when you find one, so it's easier to manage palaces in one go. For city mechanics, obviously there's the new confidants (basically 3, if you include Akechi's which is completely new), some new mini-games like darts and billiards, and they added some ways to increase your stats without spending time, like the crossword in LeBlanc that raises intelligence. I think all the confidants get extra dialogue choices that help level them up faster as well. There's also something with used clothes or something but I never used it really.
