Bitter Loser and Outgoing Republican Governor Matt Bevins is DEFENDING his pardoning of a CHILD RAPIST because he said the 9 y/o victim's HYMAN was in TACT and thus proving his INNOCENCE!!

He came under fire for pardoning the rapist after losing to Democrat Andy Beshear last month and issed 428 controversial pardons before leaving office

One of them was 41 y/o Micah Schoettle who raped a 9 y/o girl and was convicted of rape, sodomy and sexual abuse who was sentenced to 23 years in the big house in 2018 but only served 18 months after being pardoned

Bevin said in a radio interview claiming there was ZERO EVIDENCE of rape and the girl's "hymen was still in tact"

The father of 9 justified his decision and said that the 9 y/o victim's sister was present during the assaults and says that sister denied the accusations

He said "These girls both were examined medically.They wer examined physically. There was zero evidence. Zero.Both their hymens were in tact. This is perhaps more specific than people would want, but trust me, if you have been repeatedly sexually violated as small child by an adult, there are going to be repercussions of that physically and medically"

But experts say that the intact hymen is not evidence that a child has not been raped as the hymen is very small and thin piece of tissue that partially covers the opening

Historically, during a woman's first time having sex,the hymen would "break" but sometimes it does not tear during intercourse and can be torn other ways

Dr. George Nichols said "Rape is not proven by hymen penetration. Rape is proven by penetration. He not only doesn't know the law in my humble opinion, he clearly does not know medicine or anatomy"

Kenton Attorney Rob Sanders who prosecuted Schoeltte is asking for an investigation into the pardon as another pardon, Patrick Brian Baker was pardoned despite his homicide in a 2014 fatal break in but it was revealed his family DONATED to Bevin's campaign raising 21,500
