I feel like I just completed some big school project or something.
Btw Dxwnd is a godsend. It's like DOSbox but for Windows games. GOG should really start integrating it into some of their games, especially since all the games I've ever had trouble with were all early 2000s Windows games.

If it can get Mechwarrior 3 to work, then I am going to have to try it out. That is the only game from my childhood that I cannot for the life of me get to work on Windows 10.

Couldn't use devour and also couldn't move in spectral realm, no portals either so stuck in Limbo.
The post in the thread said to use MSI Afterburner but that also fucks with your PCs fans and shit so I stayed away from that and just used Dxwnd to cap the framerate at 60fps and also used Dxwnd to set affinity to 1 core as well, so that the game only recognizes 1 core of my PC, since games at that time played on PCs with only 1 core, sometimes playing them on multiple cores screws with the performance.

Gho is the creator of Dxwnd, see his posts. He seems to have gotten the game working fine through various tweaks.

I might give it a look later, Earthworm Jim: Special Edition for Windows 95 is pretty much doomed for running as it should in Windows 10.
