Board 8 > I'm about to play Overwatch again. What have I missed?

I have not played since before the giant robot Mecha thing, the punchy guy, and Moira (somehow the only person I remember the name of) got released.

So it's been awhile. I was still playing when Sombra got released, but I think I stopped around then. I quit mostly because of the ranked slog. It'll make me sound like an ass, but I would usually rank at the top and get discouraged when the rest of my team underperformed.

I'm mostly interested in if any changes to Junkrat (my numero uno boi), Roadhog, Symmetra, and Mercy got changes. They were my top four, if I remember right. I know Roadhog was kinda useless for a while, but I'm curious if that's still the case. And I think Symmetra got a ton of changes too?

Also, did any frustrating maps get fixed? Specifically I think the one that was obnoxious was the last Egypt point (where people just respawned constantly by the point each time you tried to take it). Can't remember what other ones sucked to play on.

But yeah, just wondering what to expect!

Junkrat can use two mines at a time instead of one, but his bombs have less splash.

Mercys ult is completely different and her resurrection is now a normal move with a 30 second cool down

Symmetra was reworked twice and is now a totally different character

They didn't change the map, but they did change how respawn timers work to make it easier to break the defense in situations like that.
