I feel like they made an effort to be a better movie. It was actually really bad. But it was a marvel of cinema. Not nearly as nonsensical as The Room, but it had the cringey charm of it. The cinematography is either so hamfisted or downright terrible. But the best part is that Greg Sestero made a script but they just let Tommy Wiseau say whatever he wanted for it because if The Room is any indication, it would be impossible for him to go by the script.

The best part of the movie was what was after the ending of the movie. It's a montage of things that are terrifying and hilarious all at the same time. Where it is utter insanity without any sort of concrete thought making put into it. And I imagine that Tommy Wiseau and by extension Greg Sestero are the only two people who can make any sense of it.

Looking forward to Part 2 coming out in June.

wiseau is actually really good in tim and eric's "jessica alba will play tim" sketch. aside from his ever present accent, it seems like he actually became a sort of competent actor over the years.

I don't know if I'd call him particularly "good" in this. He's extremely entertaining, but I don't think I'd call his acting in it particularly good. It's hard to really get a real judge of it though because he's just... Tommy Wiseau.
