Typically you do it through STARSS. If you don't have STARSS or even know what it is, then just call one of their agents and give them your information and tell them to take you off every e-mail / mail / phone list they have.

Yeah, the guy who had my work number before me gave it to Sirius XM. I told them multiple times that this was no longer his number, but it took them like 2 years to stop calling.

just instead tell them "Add this number to your company's do not contact list"

the first red flag was like the second email i ever got from them; subject line included "please do not ignore" but all the wanted was for me to confirm my email or something dumb like that, when i had literally just given it to them lmfao

oh yeah it is annoying, but that's not necessarily a sirius thing, i think it just depends on the station. i don't like it either, but my car has this cool thing where, say i turn on XM for a few minutes, then go to FM for 15 minutes, then back to XM during commercials; the XM will actually pause itself when i switched over to FM, so i can skip those interjections

it really is annoying, the point is to be constant music. the jazz station is pretty bad about it, like "you're listening to jazz, that was song name by song artist, just chilling along here this beautiful tuesday" and i'm like dude shut the fuck up
