I bought Civ 6's expansion pack in the DLC page and clicked "Install Games," but it hasn't installed. In the DLC Items for the game it lists the expansion as "Not installed" when all of the other DLC I bought is "Installed." I see no option to make the game install it and when I load the game, I don't have access to the expansion. How do I download the expansion?

Have you tried restarting Steam or Go to the Library drop-down on the Top Menu and click on Downloads to see if it's waiting to be downloaded?
