Anyway, I know your OP requested cheap games, but Divinity: Original Sin II is absolutely fantastic, and worth at least twice as much as you'll pay for it. It's also turn based in a very unique way. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. :) Actually, that's not really accurate. Baldur's Gate is turn based, but it's mostly done behind the scenes and, aside from pausing, combat is mostly constant throughout. BG combat features turns and rounds. Every turn is 1 Minute long and every round within those turns is 6 seconds long, so 10 rounds per turn.
