If that bolt is rusty, it means the car was underwater. There's no reason that bolt should ever rust. Sentras are not high end vehicles, so they do not have a lot of value, HOWEVER, repairs can often cost a lot for certain panels. I wouldnt be surprised if just the parts (bumper) is around $1000 from the dealership.
