The last episode was just as good as this one and had Alex in it. His dry nature makes him a great straight man.

I was skeptical of Bakalar when the Beastcast first started, mostly because it's always tough to be introduced to new people in that setting, but since then he might actually be my favourite part of it. I feel like our interests align on a lot of things and a lot of what he says is close to what I'm thinking when I'm listening.

I would argue that Alex is the weakest of the crew, but that's just because it's a really strong cast. I wouldn't want any of them to leave.

Also, once I first started listening to the Beastcast, I disliked Jeff Bakalar. Now, he's one of my favorites.

Jason has been grating on me so hard lately.

Like every single episode, when Jeff references something obscure, Jason goes "oh yeah" or mhmm" like he knows what Jeff's talking about, and then he proceeds to say literally nothing about it or then gets surprised by what's said next, and aughhhh.

Actually I might swap Ben and Rorie, I forgot that Rorie's gotten way better recently. The way he calls himself out every time he pulls a Rorie goes a long way.

Jeff B and Alex are solid middle-tier. They work well with Vinny, but I don't think they have much chemistry with anyone else.

I need to catch up on the podcasts because I've only listened to a couple with Abby and didn't find her super interesting. She was great at E3 though.

abby is a+ in a lot of the playdate content.

Abby comes out a lot more in the post-E3 podcasts, her relative margaret seems to have really helped her out
