It always hurts but gives wonderful effect. I lift four times a week and even though I stretch after each visit to the gym I still get stiff. Especially in my chest, armpits, neck, shoulders and back. So I look forward to getting a proper massage <(:D)>

plz describe a sports massage, as opposed to a regular massage. I get a massage for 20 minutes at work once a week , but it's pretty soft. I do a lot of sports too, I need to give the guy some ideas I feel.

I do a lot of sports too, I need to give the guy some ideas I feel. The movement techniques themselves are more or less the same as a regular massage. But it is about increased pressure and targeting the right spots. The guy I go to really feel for tight areas and spend a lot of time on each, "grabbing the muscle" and working on elongating it. He works out the muscle knots or whatever you call them in English. --- "BalanceLost has a steam-powered PS2 because Sweden don't have electric" - dimeanatrix ... Copied to Clipboard!
